Builders Intelligence Group™
By accessing, using, enrolling in, or participating in Builders Intelligence Group™, its websites, Builder Headquarters, Visitor Headquarters, Builder Academy, Builder Guilds, coaching programs, events, research services, evaluations, videos, publications, digital resources, or other programs and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Builder enrollment is currently offered at $25.00 per month unless otherwise stated in writing by Builders Intelligence Group. Builder enrollment provides access to selected resources, programs, content, and services made available to Builders from time to time.
Builders Intelligence Group reserves the right to add, remove, revise, replace, or modify programs, resources, benefits, content, and services as the Group continues to develop.
Builder enrollment is a recurring monthly service. By enrolling and providing a payment method, the member authorizes recurring monthly charges at the applicable enrollment rate until cancellation becomes effective in accordance with these Terms.
A Builder may cancel enrollment at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice to Builders Intelligence Group. Notice may be provided by email to info@builderintelligencegroup.com.
Membership fees and recurring charges may continue during the thirty-day notice period. Cancellation becomes effective at the conclusion of the applicable notice period. Fees previously paid are generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Builders Intelligence Group.
Builder enrollment, educational programs, coaching, events, and related business resources may qualify as deductible business expenses in certain circumstances. Tax treatment depends upon the individual facts and circumstances of each member or business.
Builders Intelligence Group does not provide tax advice and makes no representation or guarantee regarding the deductibility of any fee, expense, enrollment, program, or service. Members should consult their own qualified tax or accounting adviser regarding their individual circumstances.
All coaching, education, videos, Masterclasses, research, publications, evaluations, diagnostic tools, Builder Briefs, BIG DefCon™ reports, playbooks, artificial intelligence tools, presentations, events, and other materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by Builders Intelligence Group constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, medical, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.
Builders Intelligence Group makes reasonable efforts to develop useful, thoughtful, and practical information. However, information may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, estimates, assumptions, opinions, or interpretations.
No representation or warranty is made that any research, data, analysis, forecast, evaluation, score, report, video, coaching material, artificial intelligence output, or other information is complete, current, error-free, or accurate.
Members and visitors are responsible for independently evaluating information before relying upon it or making business, financial, operational, legal, or personal decisions.
Builders Intelligence Group does not guarantee any particular business, financial, sales, operational, personal, professional, or other result.
Coaching, Masterclasses, videos, research, evaluations, playbooks, Guild participation, artificial intelligence tools, and other Builder resources may produce different results for different individuals and businesses.
Success depends upon numerous factors outside the control of Builders Intelligence Group, including the decisions, judgment, effort, execution, resources, market conditions, employees, customers, competitors, and individual circumstances of each Builder.
Independent business involves risk. Each Builder, member, visitor, or participant remains solely responsible for his or her own decisions and for the operation of his or her business.
Use of Builders Intelligence Group information, recommendations, tools, evaluations, coaching, research, or resources is voluntary and at the user's own judgment and risk.
BIG DefCon™ scores, economic commentary, market analysis, forecasts, research, and related materials represent analytical frameworks, estimates, opinions, and interpretations based upon information available at the time of preparation. They are not predictions or guarantees of future events or outcomes.
Certain Builders Intelligence Group resources may use or incorporate artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence systems may generate incomplete, incorrect, misleading, or outdated information.
AI-generated information should be independently reviewed and verified before being used for material business, financial, legal, tax, employment, or other decisions.
Coaching, Guilds, roundtables, peer discussions, and Builder-to-Builder communications are intended to encourage practical discussion and shared experience. Statements made by members, participants, guests, coaches, or other third parties do not necessarily represent the views of Builders Intelligence Group.
Builders Intelligence Group does not guarantee the qualifications, accuracy, judgment, recommendations, conduct, or results of any participant or third party.
Members participating in Guilds, roundtables, coaching sessions, or other community discussions are expected to respect the confidential and proprietary information of other participants.
However, Builders Intelligence Group cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. Members should exercise appropriate judgment before sharing confidential, proprietary, personal, or sensitive information.
Unless otherwise stated, Builders Intelligence Group content, including videos, Masterclasses, research, reports, publications, evaluations, frameworks, scores, graphics, curriculum, Builder Operating Manual™ materials, and other resources, is owned by or licensed to Builders Intelligence Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content is provided for the personal or internal business use of authorized members and users. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, republished, commercially exploited, or used to create competing materials without prior written permission.
Builders Intelligence Group may reference, link to, or use third-party websites, payment processors, software, artificial intelligence platforms, service providers, Preferred Providers, or other external resources.
Builders Intelligence Group does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, terms, performance, products, or services of third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Builders Intelligence Group, Steve Beaman Enterprises, LLC, and their owners, members, officers, stewards, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages arising from or related to the use of, reliance upon, or inability to use any content, program, coaching, research, event, evaluation, artificial intelligence tool, or other service.
Builders Intelligence Group may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted on the Builders Intelligence Group website. Continued use of the Group's websites, programs, resources, or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
